Lincoln Park has no shortage of bars, that's for sure. But while most of them are announcing last call and turning on those irritatingly bright lights at 2 a.m., the party is just getting started at Deja Vu . Since the bar's known for having "Lincoln Park's latest last call," it can turn into a real meat market (a packed, sweaty one); in other words, don’t expect much stimulating conversation beyond "who's buying next round?".

The main bar area features typical checkered floors and wooden stools in a nice open space that's perfect for people watching, especially if your vision is a bit hazy. The upstairs lounge, which serves as the VIP section on weekends, is far more inviting, offering plush chairs, cushy sofas, and candlelight—perfect for that late-night rendezvous. The wait in line to get up the narrow stairs can be a bit long on Friday and Saturday, but the lounge is definitely the best place to relax, attempt a conversation, or maybe even have a small pre-party (if you're one of the few early birds who don't end your night here). Either way, you'll probably agree that Deja Vu is a reliable socializing spot. After all, weren't you there before?
